The HIV/AIDS Programs employs a staff of administrators, outreach workers and public health professionals that are trained in behavioral health, social work, substance abuse, health education, community organization, and outreach.

Currently, all of the HIV/AIDS Programs services and activities are supported by local funding, state and federal grants.
